  • Placing a preorder reserves your item from a limited production run.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed. Your order will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production is planned based on preorder quantities, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.

Please review your order, shipping address, and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at mindsetstudio.us@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping windows are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Mindset is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Mindset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
