Cancellation policy

Mindset does not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring purchase plans.

All purchases made through our website are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

Because many of our products are offered as preorders, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item in our limited production run.

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at mindsetstudio.us@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

If Mindset introduces subscription or recurring purchase options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
