Refund policy

At Mindset, every piece is produced with intention. Many of our products are made in limited quantities or through preorder, which is why all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Sale or promotional items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mindsetstudio.us@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Return Eligibility

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll provide instructions on how to return your package. If applicable, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, we'll work with you to replace it whenever inventory is available.

Preorders

All preorder sales are final. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that production and shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page and are subject to change.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
